Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball), operated by FO32, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. SMS / Text Message Communications

NFP Softball / FO32, LLC operates an SMS text message program for registered families, players, coaches, volunteers, and staff. When you provide a phone number on our registration forms (at nfpsoftball.com/register-here/ or nfpsoftball.com/tryouts/), you may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the dedicated opt-in checkbox in the agreement section.

Message types include: tryout reminders, team placement offers, schedule changes, practice and game updates, roster announcements, event changes, and team communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any text message. To request help, reply HELP.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in status are stored only for the purpose of operating this messaging program and are not sold, rented, or transferred to outside parties.

Information sharing with subcontractors performing support services on behalf of NFP Softball (such as our SMS infrastructure provider) is permitted only as necessary to operate the messaging program. All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of registering for, trying out for, or participating in NFP Softball activities.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to operate the organization, including with:

• Authorized coaches and staff of Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball) who need the information to perform their roles
• Sanctioning organizations (e.g., USSSA) when required for tournament registration or eligibility
• Service providers that help us operate our website, communications, and recordkeeping (such as our web host, email provider, and SMS messaging platform)
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when legally required

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Because Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball) is a youth softball organization, we collect information about minor players with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
