SMS Text Messaging Policy

This page describes the text-message (SMS) programs operated by FO32, LLC and how people join and leave them.

Who operates these programs

Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball, West Georgia Nightmare) and Game With Gliddon are both operated by FO32, LLC of Pine Mountain, Georgia. They are two programs of the same company, each with its own website and its own separate text-message program.

Who receives messages
Registered families, players, coaches, volunteers and staff who have opted in.
What we send
Tryout reminders, team placement offers, schedule changes, practice and game updates, roster announcements, event changes and team communications. Service notifications only.
How often
Message frequency varies with the season and your team's schedule.
How you opt in
By entering a mobile number on our registration forms at nfpsoftball.com/register-here/ or nfpsoftball.com/tryouts/ and checking the dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox in the agreement section. The checkbox is separate from the rest of the form and is not required to register.

Who receives messages
Customers who book a lesson at gamewithgliddon.com/lessons/book/ and check the optional SMS box while booking.
What we send
Booking confirmations, session reminders and schedule changes for that customer's own bookings. Service notifications only.
How often
Message frequency varies with how often you book.
How you opt in
By checking this box on the booking form. It is unchecked by default and not required to complete a booking:
Text me about my booking. Game With Gliddon will send booking confirmations, session reminders and schedule changes to this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Terms & SMS Policy and Privacy Policy.

Opting out of texts does not cancel your bookings and does not stop the emails we send about them.

You can also opt out by emailing the program directly using the addresses below. STOP applies to the program that sent the message; the two programs are separate and stopping one does not stop the other.

We do not send marketing texts

Neither program sends marketing or promotional text messages. Both are registered and used for service notifications only — messages about something you already signed up for, booked, or are rostered on.

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging carrier required to deliver the message.
