SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program name: Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball) Team Communications
Program description: By providing your mobile phone number during registration or by providing direct consent to Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball) staff, you agree to receive transactional SMS and MMS messages from Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball) / FO32, LLC. Messages include tryout reminders and confirmations, team placement offers, practice and game schedule updates, event changes, roster announcements, and account-related notifications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on team activity and season timing.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-out (STOP): You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and you will not receive additional messages from us unless you opt back in.

Registrations, Fees, and Waivers
Participation in Nightmare Fastpitch (NFP Softball) tryouts, teams, and events is subject to separate registration agreements, waivers, and fee structures provided to you during the registration process. These Terms do not supersede those agreements.
