Coach Jaida

A LaGrange native, Jaida is passionate about softball and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young athletes. Having played recreational softball as a child and adult co-ed softball for the past two years, she continues to grow in her love for the game. She has also spent five seasons involved in recreational softball coaching, including three seasons as an assistant coach and two seasons coaching alongside her sister. Before returning to the softball field, Jaida participated in competitive cheerleading, where she developed an appreciation for teamwork, trust, communication, and the importance of relying on those around her. After graduating high school, she began working at her family's business, Double J Supply, where she continues to work today.

Jaida's passion for coaching stems from the opportunity to be part of her niece's softball journey and to make a positive impact in the lives of young athletes. She believes the lessons learned through sports extend far beyond the field and is committed to helping players develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game. She hopes to create an environment where every player feels valued, encouraged, and supported, both as an athlete and as a person.
