Brian Hester
Coach Brian Hester is a proud Auburn University alumnus who has spent the past 10 years coaching travel softball and continues to share his passion for the game by coaching his younger children. His commitment to developing athletes goes far beyond the softball field, as he believes the greatest impact a coach can make is in the lives of the players they serve. Outside of softball, Brian is the owner of H&H Builders and is deeply invested in giving back to his community through Angels Unaware, a local nonprofit organization that raises funds to support families facing medical crises. He and his wife, Kayleigh Hester, are proud parents to five wonderful children—three boys and two girls. Whether they're opening their home to friends and family, spending time together outdoors, or enjoying golf, pickleball, or mowing the lawn, the Hester family values faith, fellowship, and community. Known for his positive energy and approachable personality, Coach Brian brings enthusiasm and encouragement to everything he does. His ability to connect with people and create a welcoming environment has made him a respected mentor both on and off the field.
Coach Brian believes that "you've got to feel good to play good." His philosophy centers on building genuine relationships with his athletes by getting to know them as people before focusing on their performance. He strives to create a positive, uplifting environment where players feel valued, supported, and confident. By investing in each athlete as a human first, Coach Brian believes they become stronger teammates, competitors, and young women both on and off the field. His goal is to help every player leave the game not only as a better softball player, but as a better person.
